The colour coded bookings chart is at the heart of the diary based bookings system. It offers instant visual availability access to hirer or accommodation information. From here you can also move, extend, reduce a booking, change hirer or add further accommodation.

Your chart will highlight minimum stay periods, accommodation reserved for agencies or available on the internet.

There is a select mailing facility for all your enquiries, ex and current hirers.

All standard booking reports are available but with our customisable report designer you are able to create as many as you wish that are tailored exactly to your needs.

Customer documentation is personalised with your parks logo and can be emailed direct to your holiday maker from the booking form screen.

Control of your system is kept with you so any changes to hire rates, discounts and special offers etc is done at the park by nominated members of staff.
